Celebrating a milestone birthday my daughter, niece and I decided to spend some quality time and get pampered, so we made reservations at the Shoreham Spa. First of all if you're not a guest if the hotel there is no friendly entrance into the spa. The young lady who checked us in did not know what she was doing, she asked us several times the same question and she still messed up the checkin process. She was unable to apply the gift card correctly, took an extra 20 minutes after our service to get the payment corrected. In addition the ladies locker room is very underwhelming the space is very small only two people at a time can actually fit in the locker room comfortably at the same time. Also, there is no lounging area for your next Spa service other than going out to the pool or ge

This is the first time I’ve ever left a review but my facial experience was so poor that I would caution anyone from subjecting your skin to a similar experience. The facialist was perfectly nice and professional, but she left my skin looking and feeling a million times worse than when I arrived. I’ve had dozens of facials and extractions but I left with visible marks and borderline wounds where she did the extractions that have caused an absolute mess of my face in the proceeding days. My skin is also incredibly dry and just looks and feels absolutely horrible. Again, I’ve had many facials and I know sometimes your skin will purge after but this is totally different… I’ve never ever experienced anything like this and would caution anyone from a signing up for a similar experience

You must see Donna M for a facial. She was Tremendously kind and professional I had a huge zit prior to a big presentation, and she did all she could to make it less noticeable. She gave/made me a variety of potions to take home. She even went on her break to purchase organic clay for me and wouldn’t accept any additional tip. Donna is the best!!

Best spa and health club in D.C. In summer I used to use their open pool and open jakuzi. So relaxing. Will be back this coming summer. Thanks.
