I encourage others to think carefully before booking here, as the results can have lasting effects on your hair for years to come. I am very disappointed with my experience at this salon. While I appreciate the refund that was provided for my haircut, the fact remains that my hair was left damaged, and the issue was never properly addressed despite being promised a corrective service. I booked a consultation for extensions as instructed by one of the stylists, who assured me that this would help fix the problem. Instead, my appointment was canceled without my consent, and I was told that the salon would no longer accept future bookings from me. This is not the level of professionalism or accountability I expected. A customer who experiences a mistake should be offered a fair resolution,

Bella is everything and more! I went to her once and haven’t stopped since. She truly puts her heart into everything she does. She always communicates, gives her honest opinion, and makes you feel completely taken care of. I first went to her with my natural hair, and then she did extensions for me and now I’m hooked! Her work on extensions is absolutely amazing, and if there’s ever an issue, she’s gets me in the same day or the next day. She is the best there ever was, and the best there will ever be! 🩷🩷🩷🩷

Made an appointment to have Julie cut my hair, we spoke for about 15 minutes discussing what I wanted. I had my hair washed by Jessica, great hair wash. Julie was so sweet, fast, and made me feel so relaxed. I always like to let a new haircut settle in. She did an amazing job, my son commented that I looked 20 years younger!!! I am thrilled.
