3-star barbershop charging 5-star hair salon prices. Price on the board said $30, was asked for $35. They don't take credit cards, charge $5 to pay with Zelle (which doesn't even work) and they have no change if you try paying in cash. Will not be back.

My wife had a terrible experience at this place. She was there for over 10 hours only to have them fail to do what she asked for. Before they started the procedure, she asked if they could do what she showed them, and they said yes, no problem, and that they could do it. She trusted them, but they ruined her hair. They said they would call to see if they could give her a refund, but they never did, and they didn't offer any solution. It's been a week, and there's still no response. We went to another place to see if they could fix it, but unfortunately, they couldn't do anything because her hair is so damaged that another procedure could cause her to lose all her hair. Before doing anything, please check the reviews this salon has.

Never coming here again drove 2hours for nothing., when I Frist came in I asked if they can make me go honey blonde in the day and they told me yes we can, mind you I was at this shop the whole day and they made my hair look orange and the other client they had her hair came out yellow and all she wanted was a brown color shade in her tips of the hair , I came out super disappointed with my hair now it also looks really dead. And after they messed up our hair really bad they wanted us to pay the full price honestly I’m never stepping in this salon ever.

I drove 20 minutes because Google said it was open until 7. I arrived at the place and the door was locked and there were people there but I knocked and no one responded as if I didn't exist. They don't answer the phone. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would give less.
