A new transplant to the area here, and I was looking for someone to cut my hair and bring my curls back to life. After reviewing Shear Impact's reviews, I decided to give Arlene a call and schedule an appointment. From the get-go she made me feel welcomed. Arlene listened to my concerns and wants, and gave me her professional opinion. I felt very comfortable and at peace. I am so happy with the haircut, the styling lesson, but most of all the conversation. I'll definitely be back!!

Top-notch service that's easy on the wallet. Arlene has always done a great job with highlights and cuts, and Katrina exhited a great deal of patience with my 13-year old and 3-year old toddlers. A huge bonus is that there are plenty of toys for children and a grill next door with ice cream that's super delish.
