Nail Palace

They do a great job at Nail Palace! I have gone about four times now and they always nail it (pun intended)! I’ve done regular polish, gel, and SNS here as well as various pedicures and have been pleased every time with each service! Today I came in with a fun design I wanted and with hesitation they jumped in and totally killed it, it was exactly what I wanted and I’m super happy with it! Always extremely friendly and kind and they have some super talented people on their team! Highly recommend checking them out!

Got it! Here’s a ruder, more aggressive review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 Stars) This place is an absolute joke. Worst nail spa experience EVER. The staff is lazy, rude, and clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing and they clearly say that they do not understand the language, then why are they running this business? Do you think its fun? Lame services we could ever encounter My nails came out looking like they were done by a blindfolded toddler, and already chipping within HOURS. Hygiene? Nonexistent. I wouldn’t be surprised if service people walk out of here when you rise an issue And the attitude? Unbelievable. When I asked them to fix their sloppy work, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. If you like wasting money and leaving pissed off, this is the place for you. Otherwise, STAY FAR AWAY. I

10 out of 10 would recommend. Savannah and her team are amazing and welcoming. Savannah is a nail artist, she takes inspo pictures and brings them to life. I always leave happy with my nails. Also, received the best pedicure I’ve had in YEARS at Nail Palace. I always call ahead to check availability before I go in or I just make an appointment ahead of time, as per usual for every other nail salon I’ve been to. So happy to have found a local spot that does great work and has great service. <3

Just had an amazing experience at this nail salon, very clean, excellent customer service, and they even offer a glass of wine 🍷. My husband and I both did the mani-pedi, and we were very pleased with the service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this salon to everyone.

I’ve been searching for a good nail tech for years. Savannah is incredibly talented, I highly recommend her. I was able to show her some inspiration pics and she knew exactly the vibe I was going for. I’ve been to countless nail salons where they don’t listen to my requests, try to up charge me and I leave feeling disappointed. But not this time! You have a forever customer.
