Very pleased with my manicure from the lady tech (didn't catch her name). She took her time on my gel French manicure. It looks great despite my natural nails being on the shorter side! I found the price to be very reasonable ($45 before tip).

I stopped in to get my broken nail fixed so I wouldn’t have to go all the way to Charlotte to my normal nail tech. It was only 1 customer in the salon. The guy came out and said no he couldn’t repair my nail 1 nail. I have regular nails, no tips I just needed a file and polish!!

Got my nails done by Randy today and they turned out awesome! This was my first time getting a custom ombre dip polish and I am thrilled on how it turned out! Randy is definitely an artist!

Will never go back here again. I got a refill and less then 3 hours after. First nail broke off and then 2 days later another one. I called to get a refund. He said policy is no refund but I can come in to have them fix it. Why would I go in to the same place that couldn't do them right the first time? Most likely since they barely had anyone working there but few people. It was going to be the same girl. Who didn't speak to me the whole time. She did a horrible job. I've been getting nails done for over 30 years I know what's a nail good job and what isn't. I'll go back to Gloss Nail Bar where everyone is so nice and they actually speak to you the whole time your sitting there. Well most do especially Helen. She did my nails and they lasted a month before I needed a fill. So lesson learne
