Shear Barber Studio

The Shear Barber team is amazing! I booked with Lucy, and the whole experience was great. I was super nervous because I’d had a bad cut from a different stylist a year prior; and they were so patient with my anxieties and took the time to really understand my hair and what I wanted. They gave me a thorough overview of their plan for the cut and checked in throughout the process on how things were feeling, how I felt about them using different techniques, etc. I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out and they fully restored my trust in getting my hair cut by someone other than myself LOL! I knew Jen (owner) previously through accompanying friends getting cuts with them and they too are an amazing, talented person who runs an awesome, clean, welcoming shop. So happy to have a queer-ce

Jen did my hair. I am SO glad I came here. My hair had grown out to be extremely long and SUCH a pain. It was making me miserable. They were able to recreate the reference photo I provided, better than i could’ve EVER imagined. I have never had a better haircut in my life. i am feeling myself, im so serious, i left a changed man. Jen gotta be my barber till i die Super comfortable environment, staff is wonderful. If you’re gonna get your hair cut, you gotta go here. they’ll do u right

This was the first time visit.. The location was beautiful and the inside was so elegant but welcoming. I really enjoyed her dogs too. Love the hair cut and will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience, the stylist Lucy spent a lot of time with me working out what I wanted/making sure we were on the same page and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had! They really did my waves justice. Love the atmosphere of the shop too, was just incredibly comfortable the whole time!

Great atmosphere - quiet, friendly, welcoming, comfortable. I was in desperate need of a cut and a refresh, and I wasn't 100 percent sure what I wanted, but Jay was really helpful in finding a style that met my needs. I'm still getting complements a week later! Over the years I have had a difficult time finding the right studio, but I think I finally have now. 10/10 do recommend!
