Teddy is amazing!! I have seen many massage therapists throughout my adult life that offer varying techniques but Teddy provides a wide variety of techniques and is so in tune with your body and can read intensity and areas you were not think was needed but ARE! Also adds other techniques like cupping and doesn’t do an added charge like several therapists do! They also have knowledge and awareness of neurodivergence, hEDS, MCAS, and POTS which are all components so very neuro-affirming as well! Highly recommend!! 🌟

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, but I’ve never worked with someone as intuitive and gifted as Teddy! They listen not just with ears, but with true presence and it’s like they understand what i need without me even having to say it! Every session feels DEEPLY restorative. The space is cozy, peaceful, and safe, and I always feel welcomed, seen, and cared for. Teddy brings such skill to each session! Teddy is a wonderful massage therapist. They are intuitive, responsive, attentive and personable. Before every session they ask me if I am having any trouble areas and work them through the session along with places they find to be tight. I have been a client over the last few years during which they have developed more skills through taking classes and working with other professionals. The new location at the Wellness Center is nicely decorated, comfortable, and relaxing. Highly recommended!

I started seeing Teddy for chronic hip pain from long hours at a desk, plus the kind of dog walks where my dog pulls enough to leave me sore and tight. From the first session, I could tell this was real therapeutic work, not just a relaxing massage. Teddy talks through what they are finding and tracks what’s changing over time. They don't avoid the tender spots that actually need attention, and you can literally feel layers of tension melt away under their feet and hands. The relief also builds from session to session instead of disappearing the next day. Teddy always start by asking how my body is doing and remembers what we’ve been working on.
