Root and Restore Massage

My body hurts from working out so I can have a pre-perimenopausal waistline. I still don't have it. Anyway, I woke up crying this morning from feeling like burned coffee and booked myself a massage. I accidentally confused myself trying to schedule with new massage spots and missed my initial appt from brain fog/total processing error from my dislike of people/government. Cody was so nice and rescheduled. I went home. Had a cocktail. Sang to my dogs and then arrived. The massage was great. A) because deep tissue may be subjective but Cody's first try was spot on. B) communication is key to a great massage and a generally pleasant life experience. Cody is absolutely amazing! His space is so relaxing and his massage actually put me to sleep, I was so relaxed! If you’ve never had a face massage, make sure you add that! You’ll thank me later! After a couple massages, best thing about Cody is depending on what you’re in the mood for and needing, he can do! Have something out of whack? He can get in there and get it! Just want a nice relaxing gift for your body, he does that too! You just let him know! Want a lighter touch? Just ask! Want him to get in there a little? Done! You can tell when someone loves what they do and are in it to bring their clients healing and feeling good… That’s Cody!

All around fantastic experience. Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Cody was great. Really took the time to listen to my areas of concern. Provided a wonderful massage that felt good but also therapeutic. You can tell he really cares about what he does and providing a overall healing and relaxing experience.

Cody is dedicated to creating a healing and safe space for all people. His touch is kind and intentional. He provided me many options for the massage and I felt very comfortable with voicing my concerns about my body. I like how he offers many add-ons at no extra cost. I left our session feeling relaxed, with a lot of tension having been released. I slept amazing that night. From the moment you walk into Cody's space you can tell he is passionate about what he does. The room is peaceful and inviting, his care to detail is immediately obvious. My purpose for the massage was relaxation and self care. Cody listened to my needs and delivered a skilled and effective massage.
