I visited for a facial and eyebrow threading, and Vandana provided an excellent experience. She was warm, attentive, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the service. The facial was deeply relaxing and left my skin feeling soft, refreshed, and noticeably brighter. My eyebrows were also shaped beautifully. I am very pleased with the results and will certainly be returning.

I came to this salon with high hopes, especially since I’m newly married and wanted a fresh haircut. I specifically asked for layers to make my hair look nice—something light and natural-looking. Instead, I left with a choppy, super short haircut that looked nothing like what I asked for. Honestly, it resembled a “Dora the Explorer” cut, and I was shocked. When I voiced my concerns, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the stylist added more layers to an already bad haircut, which only made things worse. I called earlier today to inquire if this salon has a private space where my hair can be cut as I wear the hijab. To my delight, they did! I made an appointment later for the same day and I believe Nina was my hairstylist. She was warm and welcoming, a great conversationalist, and checked the length that I wanted cut off often. I didn't even realize how quickly the cut was done without sacrificing the quality of the cut. As someone who has a lot of allergies, Nina even informed me about their natural vegetable henna if I chose to come back for that service one day.
