SF House of Nails (Fillmore Street)

Fantastic mani pedi! I walked in while n a layover in San Francisco and they managed to fit me in despite being busy. Salon is bright and clean and the staff are terrific. I highly recommend the Dazzle Dry, which the regular customers suggested I try and looks beautiful.

Very disorganized when it comes to allowing walk-ins and scheduled appointments. Went here mid-day on Friday, had an appointment scheduled for a pedicure in advance. I show up 10 mins early to my appointment time, and they told me to come back in 5 minutes. I come back, they tell me 10 more minutes. 15 minutes go by, the lady finally tells me to go ahead and sit in one of the spa chairs and she will be with me soon. 30 minutes go by, she finally comes to turn on the water for the pedicure she then lets me soak my feet for a few mins, and starts scrubbing, this process total took no more than 5 mins. She leaves and tends to someone else. Another 10 mins goes by, she comes back and paints my nails. The entire pedicure took less than 15 mins! Quickest, and worst service ever! The entire time

I’ve sadly given this salon so many attempts but I’ve always been so disappointed with my experiences! Over the past 2 month, I’ve had to walk out of there after waiting for over 30+ min. They always have appointment availability for all times, however the concept of appointments is not respected. They always seat everyone and make them wait endlessly, regardless of appointments. In my most recent experience, I was demanded for a tip ( that I was going to give anyway). I was Venmo-ing on my way out and the lady truly chased me down and insisted on seeing my phone as I completed the tip transaction, even validating the amount. Awful experience!

They do a really sloppy job. Ended up removing the nail polish the same day because they didn’t look well applied. I noticed that my nail was damaged. They accept everyone who comes at their door and keep people waiting while hurrying through your nails. I will not go again, and I don’t recommend it unless you are bored. Good price and good location though

They did a very sloppy job for a $70 regular mani pedi. The nail color covered half of my nails. The photos are just out of the salon. They also forget about you, even if you have a booked appointment. Very sloppy overall customer service and service.
