My experience was good! The aesthetic of the shop is very family oriented but still professional. My many hair needs was catered to one by one. And whether I liked this or that was well respected. I highly recommend this salon.

I absolutely love this salon. It’s an honor to have such a awesome salon here in Lithonia. The stylists are professional and friendly and they do a wonderful job with the styles. My girl, Ivy has me looking fabulous every time I leave her chair. I came all the way from Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to get my sew in because I know it’s going to be done right and I trust Ivy to do just that.

I had an appointment for noon. At 12:15pm I went and asked the stylist how long would it be, she said about 10 minutes. I got in the chair at 12:25pm. I asked for a silk press and received a flat iron and not a very good one. My hair did not last a day before getting nappy again. I was charge $70 and I left a tip. I will not be returning.

I saw Keola less than a week ago for a relaxer. In 3 days my hair looked like I had a perm 3 weeks ago. I texted her, but she received the message and didn't respond. I called and left a message and she returned the call and asked me to come to the shop so that she can ser my hair. Of course she defends her work that my hair was well done. I showed her a pic of what .y hair looks like after a relaxer. She stll maintains that the hair is straight. Keola doesn't stand behind her work and has no accountability. She collected my $90 for a relaxer that was not processed and straightened the hair. I am leaving her to her conscience if she has any..

It was horrible. She sowed it on a net, instead of the cap I bought. It was so tight, it was painful and itchy. I asked for a bob, but it was just straight. I had to take it out after a week. It looked a mess. I couldn’t style it, and it pulled all my edges away. I would never use this place again. She stayed on the phone the entire time. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any salon, matter of fact, it was the first. Use at your own wrist. If I could, I would have given her zero stars.
