I’ve never received a facial. I’m beyond happy that i could experience serenity by sam!! The atmosphere is beautiful, feminine, and peaceful. Sam made me feel so comfortable in my skin and is so fastidious. Finding someone you can instantly feel like you can trust with your skin is rare, I can wholeheartedly say i trust sam with my skin and will be returning !!

Sam gave me a facial and she did a wonderful job! She’s passionate about what she does and really cares about the customer experience. Waxing goes so smoothly as well, she talks you through her process and does the same during facials. I look forward to going to her again!
