This place completely damaged my curls!! I went to get my hair straightened (on December 24, 2025) for the holidays after not straightening it for 2 years and now my curls are completely ruined. Not only did they barely speak to me when I came in for my appointment which I paid a deposit online for but they also did not describe anything they put in my hair. My sister went a couple weeks prior and so I wanted to give it a shot as her hair turned out pretty good. They washed my hair and put in a deep conditioner I believe (again, nothing was explained). Then rinsed out the conditioner and went straight into blow drying with no heat protectant! Something already seemed off but I let the ladies continue, as they keep switching me between multiple people with no care to my experience, just a

Did a kertain treatment a while back, and they completely ruined my hair. The kertain treatment was done in under an hour which is simply not right at all considering that the treatment is a very tedious process. I thought I’d leave the salon with my hair feeling smooth and silky but instead I left with the product still being intact, there’s also been numerous of times where I’ve booked a kertain treatment here and they’ve over booked in clients so they’d be switching between my kertain, and another clients hair, which I find unprofessional. My hair as it is very fine and thin, I genetically don’t have much hair, so it’s appreciative when a stylist pays close care and attention to my scalp. My hair is now more prone to breakage.

Loved my hair so much! The stylist was super friendly and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Everything came out better than I expected—my hair looks amazing and feels so healthy. The vibe was relaxing and comfortable, and I felt taken care of the whole time. Definitely recommend and I’ll 100% be coming back!

Arleen has been my stylist for years, ever since I lived in Puerto Rico, and I wouldn't trade her for anyone. When it comes to hair color and cuts, she's the best, and I recommend her 100%. I've changed my hair color several times, and I've never had any complaints about her work, and my hair always looks healthy. Don't let negative comments get to you, she's the best!!!

Amazing service! Arleen has been my go-to stylist for a very long time, and she keeps her standards always high. My hair was dull and boring; she brought me back to life with my hair treatment and stylish cut. 10/10 would recommend. I even brought my little girl of 3yrs and she was patient and kind and was so welcoming.
