Serendipity Hair Salon

I went here today for a wash, trim, and blowout and it was AMAZING!!!! As a single mom of toddler twins, my time is my currency—it is so valuable so I try to make sure that any time I set aside for myself is worthwhile.This totally was!!!! I enjoyed every second of it. It made the time spent apart of the company of my kids that I adore, worth it. Sophie was sooo great!!! She was so easy to talk to, charming, funny, & stunning!!! I seriously felt like her friend afterwards. She made me feel so comfortable and my hair feels divineeee. It’s so soft and I felt pampered. The other staff seemed so lovely, as well. The entire place is warm and gorgeous. I came home to my littles feeling refreshed and relaxed. Will def be returning for my next trim when it comes :p

We hired Billy to do a 8 girls makeup on 7/1. He NAILED it! Everyone's makeup stayed all night! He brought his chair and products to the venue and never once made anyone feel rushed, but their very best. He's EXTREMELY reasonably priced & personable! Given the opportunity we will have him doll us up again!

Sophia was wonderful. She cared about every detail and took her time. She had a wonderful and friendly attitude. Looking forward to returning!

That was the worst experience on my life, was my first time visiting this place, this guy don’t know how cut a hair, or treat the hair, was cutting my hair completely dry, then was washed my head with very hot water, also was pulling my hair when he was drying my hair all the time. they damage my hair and look horrible I don’t recommend and never going back again.

I booked wedding hair and makeup with my sisters and we had a lovely afternoon. Amanda, who did our hair, was open to suggestions and totally flexible with our style and budget requests. Billy, who did our makeup, had the perfect touch: enough to be noticed in pictures, but not so much makeup that we looked overdone. Very well balanced, nice job. Lastly, Jennifer, the owner, was warm and friendly toward us, ensuring that we had a nice afternoon and that everyone was pleased. I can't recommend Serendipity highly enough. The decor and atmosphere is sophisticated and modern, but with a down-to-earth comfortable feel. No snootiness in this salon; just friendly faces and great service.
