ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! On my birthday I went to the mall with my best friend and my mom and of course we went to Sephora and I got my birthday gift. Anyways after I got my birthday gift mind you I’m literally maybe maximum 20 feet away from the store. I look inside my bag just for the satisfaction and I see that they gave me the wrong gift. So I was pretty mad at first I mean it’s my birthday. It’s not what I wanted anyways we walked straight back and we told the girl at the counter hey this isn’t what I like chose could you just switch it out for me? Said Absolutely not she had such a big attitude and genuinely made me cry on my birthday. Why should a person have to suffer like that on their birthday? I mostly shop online, but every now and then I stop by my local Sephora to remind myself what sunlight and makeup testers look like. Last time the staff used one of those fancy skin-matching devices to find my foundation shade. Meanwhile I’m over here doing it the old school way — swatching the back of my hand like it’s 2005. Super helpful team, great selection of skincare and makeup.

Jennifer (Asian) is the greatest at the Willow Grove Mall location. She helped us yesterday 11/28/25 on a very busy black Friday with a lot of patience and attentiveness. With her help we were able to choose the best concealer for my daughter. Kudos to you Jennifer, you are great at what you do. You made us feel special🫰🏽

Dissapointing experience dissapointed Rouge member. Staff is not very helpful; after purchasing $200+ in items and asking for a sample they look at you as if you owe them something. I ask for the laneage sachet samples they were 2 options so I ask to have both. Since online orders they always offer you 2 samples I figured in the store I will have the same experience. I could see they had many in a box they had place on the counter. Instead of providing me with them happily and be thankful I’m asking to try them. They say they usually don’t give more than one, because they don’t want to run out of samples. Which I doubt since they didn’t offer them to me, I had to ask for one. Anyway. The whole interaction was unfortunate and left me dissapointed.

There was an assistant Chinese looking who didn’t even move when several people of our group asked her to help. She did called someone to come and help one of us but when another member of our group asked how we could get an assistance, she gave us so weird looks without saying another word. Very strange behavior. I am not willing to go back in. You should really improve your customer service.
