This location was one of my best shopping experiences at Sephora. The sales associates Alex and Todd (I hope I remembered her and his names correctly)were the best. Extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable! Thank you.

The Georgetown Sephora had everything that we were looking for. The location is on Georgetown's main strip for shopping so it was filled with people. The staff served customers with great care. I purchased the Eamon lip gloss and my recommendation is RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏾 (don't walk) to get it.

super helpful employees, shout out to rosa who helped me find some good quality fixing spray :) store is busy, as it naturally will be in georgetown. i find the complaints about busy-ness to be rather shallow— you’re literally in the business district in a very small store. how are they supposed to speed things up without clutter? either way, clean and well stocked sephora 👍

The line is always long no matter what time, I understand they want to have more people on the floor but 1 register most of the time is crazy. I also tried to make a return 3 days after the 30 days to find out, not only will they not do a return which is ok but no store credit as well. In today's economy with everything going on and they aren't able to ateast honor store credit is ridiculous. The manager was very dismissive and just unnecessarily flamboyant about it. Would not recommend this location
