I had a hard time on trying to navigate and select which cologne I wanted to purchase but thanks to the help of one of the store associates i think her name was nora I was able to find the cologne I was looking for and left the store satisfied with my purchase overall very positive experience!
To the lady with yellow hair and pink at the checkout, I have visited this location several times, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. The cashier with pink in her hair was very rude when she asked us to step back and give her personal space. Instead of politely reminding us, her tone came across as hostile. The space at the new checkout area is very limited, which may have contributed to the situation, but her attitude made it feel as if we were doing something wrong, almost as if she thought we were trying to take her money. Additionally, she did not say “thank you” after completing the transaction, which further reflected her negative attitude. As a regular customer, I expected a more professional and respectful interaction.
Terrible experience at this Sephora location. I have been a regular Sephora customer for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse with each visit. This may be the end of my Sephora journey. This store in particular has no clear checkout. Some people can checkout and some cannot. And everyone seems frustrated with you if you ask them. I asked 3 people. One was not set up to checkout and vaguely pointed me to the other side of the store. The other was super busy and I would have had to wait to behind 3 others to find out if they could help. The third was super rude when I asked her. Mumbled something about how people with certain belts can help checkout. Then pointed to a lady who seemed to be holding a product standing in the middle of a regular aisle (looked like she was shopping) an
I had a very negative experience at this sephora and would like to express my discontent. I’ve shopped at sephora enough times to know that employees frequently ask you if you need help, but today was the worst experience i’ve had shopping at a sephora, and that’s saying a lot. i understand that associates are trained to be proactive and sociable, but there comes a point when the line between courtesy and harassment starts to blur. in the 10-15 minutes that i spent shopping in the store, i was approached by employees with the exact same question at least seven times, although it could’ve been more because i lost count. even when explaining that i was not looking for anything in particular and was just shopping around, the same few associates approached me again and again. i felt like i w
I bought a product in store today, put it down somewhere in the mall, forgot, and it was stolen. I was very sad but this was obviously my fault. After trying every other thing, I decided to go back to the store and see if there was any possible thing they could do. I asked several employees and they just gave me rude looks, had no sympathy, And were just overall very rude. I was already very sad but this practically ruined my entire day. They could've just kindly told me that there was nothing they could do and have had basic human sympathy. i'm very disappointed but did end up buying a new product in the app using points.
