Getting married on Sunday and needed a concealer last minute! Thankful for the color match specialist(Matt or Mike)cannot remember his name. But he was very patient and helpful while i was Trying to find the perfect match! Between the customer service and the color match technology, it Made my shopping experience so easy!

Let me just say, Christina at Sephora National Harbor understood the assignment! I was picking up an online order — Ellis Brooklyn Queens Caramel & LoveShackFancy Secret Crush — and she had me walking out with NEST New York Madagascar Vanilla and Fenty Butta Drop (Salted Caramel). Her recommendations were spot on. I left the store happy, smelling like a whole snack, and ready to treat myself again soon! Big shoutout to Christina for her kindness and expertise!

I came in for a color match and was quickly attended to. Chloe was a huge help and very knowledgeable about the products & superb shade matching skill. It was an easy process and probably my quickest shade matching experience yet didn’t feel rushed at all!

Honestly, this Sephora was the most welcoming I’ve been to in a long time. The store was well stocked and team members were helpful, nonjudgmental, and friendly.

The layout is spacious and clean however I was not greeted by any employee or offered any help. There were so many employees working and a lot not doing anything but no one even said hello. It was not even busy. I’ve been to a lot of Sephoras and even the busiest times at the busiest malls and someone always at least says hello. I would only come here for buy and pick up or if I knew exactly what I wanted.
