I had such a lovely experience. They kept complimenting my white coat and bag. The staff here are phenomenal I’ve been to sephoras all over the world & have never felt so welcomed and helped. Sweetest ever. Will visit everytime I’m in my hometown.

What a great fun experience in this store. The staff were very welcoming, greeted you at the door and, asked if you needed help while in the store walking around. You could sample pretty much everything in the store, or you could have them apply makeup on you. My daughter and I went on a nice Sunday afternoon and it was busy in there, however not crowded. We sampled many different makeup styles and had fun doing it!

So I went to this Sephora location because my favorite store doesn’t currently have a make up artist. I booked an appointment with Monique and just…. WOW. Seriously though- she’s the Picasso of make up artistry. I had a work party that night and for the first time in years I felt beautiful. Thank you Monique for being not only talented but authentic and down to earth. If anyone ever needs their make up done- book with Monique- she’s truly the best.

I had an amazing make over with Leah. She is so sweet and did exactly what I wanted. I got a full face makeup done and I love it so much. I did experience a hiccup with my time frame and was really disappointed because there was a conflict and I got called the same day early morning to change my time which was not good. But Leah you made me forget about everything. Thank you so much for making me look so beautiful. I highly recommend Leah. I'm so glad that I got you at the end. So, I guess, that sometimes things happens for a reason. Leah is amazing. If you're looking to get beautiful makeup, Leah is the girl.

I came in for assistance with cologne and Jennifer was the associate that helped me. She was so friendly and professional, and made my shopping experience so easy. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to Sephora Lynnfield to see Jennifer with all of their Sephora purchases! This is the only Sephora I will be shopping at from now on.
