Wonderful experience! Great products & even greater customer service at this store. All three staff (Kelly, Danielle, Sarah) were extremely nice & attentive. They packaged me samples and Kelly even recommended & demonstrated a new body butter I was eyeing. BEST LUSH STORE EVER ❤️❤️❤️

I've never been into a lush store, but my visit today was actually pretty great. Kat was a fantastic hostess, her knowledge set was thorough, she had specific products she could recommend for specific issues, and I loved her calm and attentive manner. Let's be honest up front, the products in here are a little expensive. But Lush is definitely doing some things right. I appreciate that even the smallest packages list the ingredients and the various potential allergy warnings. Their packaging is simple but sturdy. It's great that they offer a small refund for returned empty packaging. The products that I sampled in store seemed good quality. It's great that the individual products are not super heavily scented, so they're pleasant but not overpowering, although it is a little overwhelmin
