Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Lynnfield

This was my first time at a Color Bar and it was fabulous! The staff was as kind as they were professional and experienced! They were experts in their profession and wanted nothing more than to make sure customers were happy with the outcomes. And everyone I saw there, and it was a very busy day, was very happy with the results, including me!

Their service at the saloon when coloring my hair is good. but their website and application is horrible and unfair to customers. They have always an AI not a real person to answer you and that AI they did not do what I asked for and charged me cancelation frees that I should not be charged for and canceled the wrong appointment that I want to keep. I asked so many time to speak with with a representative , I asked for that about 10 times , but they still connect me with their AI Maddie who does not help at all , it only help to cancel appointments . They need to have a better customer service, I am very upset and I am not being helped at all. They designed their AI to only do certain things and not following what the customer say. They can not fully rely on that in everything. There s

Jen is great she is thoughtful and talented. All the staff at Lynnfield are warm and friendly. Keep up the good work and great attitude. I am a member and it a great deal . I get a discount on any extra services and I can get my roots or a touch up whenever I need it .

First time at Madison Reed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had Shannon as my color expert. She recommended a different root color than I had. She was spot on! I love the richness of my color. I will be going back again!

I color with my natural hair color just to cover the grays and love how convenient it is to schedule the appointment and to get the color done. I love the quality of the product and how affordable it is. The only thing I wish they could change are the sinks, they are very uncomfortable my neck hurts every time.
