Sara (aka Philly) at Sephora is amazing! She made my daughter’s first homecoming extra special by recreating the makeup look she brought in and made it even better! I normally avoid coming to this Sephora location because I usually feel overwhelmed by being approached by multiple employees at once, all trying to sell something or asking if I need help. But today completely changed my perspective. Lynn was beyond amazing — she was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to help me with both my makeup and skincare, answered all my questions, and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable instead of stressful. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Lynn, for such a great experience!

Super busy place with tons of choices. The wife saw all her favorites here and purchased about $300 worth of products. She loves this location although parking is a chore and it is tough at times to get someone to assist you. This location is great but if you can go to a Kohls location or the new location on San Jose there is way less people..way less.
