Paid $98 for the Sephora Favorites Cologne Sampler, which promises a full-size fragrance. Turns out the most important part is a tiny paper voucher inside the box — lose it, and you get nothing. Even with a receipt, no help. So yes, I paid $98 for samples only. Wish this was made clearer before buying.

I came in to exchange an eyebrow gel because the applicator was broken right out of the box. Although I did get the item exchanged, the clerk repeated “This never happens” twice, in a tone that made it sound like I had done something wrong or caused it myself. It was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m genuinely disappointed.

I was completely shocked by how disrespectful some of the older employees and managers are. I saw a beauty advisor walk out in tears from their comments. I would avoid this location. The BA’s are nice but the management is terrible.

Cynthia was knowledgeable, patient and considerate. I was able to buy everything I needed while seated -- Cynthia even had the cashier come over to where I was seated to ring up the sale.. I am very pleased with the products !

Stopped by the other day Kimmy was so very helpful with a color match for foundation. I’m not big on makeup and I don’t buy any often. I had a great experience especially in a time crunch. She helped me find just what I needed. And the staff there were also friendly. Thank you !
