They are patience and very clean! they explain the process step by step before the work is done. Just lay back and trust the process. My eyebrows have never looked better. Because of the trust I have decided to do Powder Brows I was very nervous at first but Carolina did an amazing job and was very gentle which is why I will be going back for a facial next time! Carolina really spent a lot of time analyzing my eyebrows methodically and delivered the look I was searching for- not someone else's preconceived idea! I have a childhood scar bisecting one eyebrow making symmetry a challenge. Not only was she very precise, but the experience was relaxing and fun! I never felt pressured and she Really cared!
