As a Black African woman with natural hair, this was truly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the focus was on hair health, education, and technique, not rushing or upselling. My hair had significant damage, and instead of trying to preserve length at all costs, he took the time to carefully section my hair, show me the breakage, and explain why certain ends needed to be removed. The cut was intentional, precise, and done with so much care — not rushed at all. What stood out the most was the education throughout the service. I got my hair colored by Patrick, a fantastic sleek black. Very friendly artist with superb communication. My hair was cut by Jake, whom has significant technical skill and was able to layer my hair in a very pleasing manner. Two stylists that excel at their respective crafts, amazing complimentary coffee, and a welcoming staff. Overall a lovely experience for anyone searching for a place to call their hair styling home. Highly recommended, their men’s haircuts are also fantastic, my partners hair is curly and I am impressed by the craftsmanship and the integrity of the work. Thanks again to this salon, much love.

Upon first visit , a day ago (2/2), I received a color service with the very amicable and knowledgeable Patrick! My further desire to speak with owner, Paulo Landfredi certified my desire to leave. I’ve moved from Brooklyn to Stamford 3 years ago. I’ve been in search for a salon that delivered excellence as well as talent , Paulo Lanfredi and his staff exceeded my expectations. My hair was dry damaged and limp ; in my one and first visit my hair felt soft, light and healthy . I was treated like a celebrity , as we all should feel ; and Paulo Lanfredi is the place to have that done with expertise in hair and service !!!!!!!

I researched the salon online and read the reviews. Today I went to have color done:balayage incorporating some grays. Patrick was absolutely terrific! He understood EXACTLY what I wanted and the result is just tremendous. The best my hair has looked in years. Patrick is a master colorist…and a really nice person! The salon is casual and comfortable. I also had a super blow dry with Jacob. I wish I could do that blowout at home! A wonderful experience at this salon. Highly recommend!
