Absolutely loved NINA from Butler Plaza North location! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right cosmetics. I was having a really hard time picking colors and shades and she spent a lot of time with me, helping me choose. very patient, very professional. I heard they have a very good manager there. She clearly does a good job since her girls are so well trained. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

I travel a lot and find it hard to get the makeup I need: Westman atelier but this location not only had it but also had Violette FR and every new collection. Everything was stocked, clean, and everyone was so helpful. It’s so nice when a Sephora lives up to its own standard and here it 💯 does.

I went with my best friend today and the experience was extremely overstimulating and uncomfortable. When we walked in, we were greeted and told about the sales, which was completely normal. About 30 seconds later, another employee approached us and repeated the same information. Less than two minutes after that, we were stopped again and shown products we did not ask to see. I clearly said, “I don’t need help, we’re just looking,” but the interruptions continued. While my friend and I were talking, an employee yelled across the store from multiple aisles away to announce more sales, which made the environment overwhelming. She took time to explain everything and helped me find the perfect makeup for my skin while I’m healing. Her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I left feeling confident and cared for, and she truly went above and beyond.

I had the best experience here compared to the store in Tampa! Bella was so nice and helped me pick out colors and products that would work with my skin. This is a big full size Sephora and they have so many products in stock and it doesn’t feel crowded inside. I’ll definitely shop this location again.
