I love coming in to try new products, but every time I visit this location I feel like I’m being watched as if I’m stealing. I’m simply an indecisive customer who enjoys testing products before buying, especially since I’ve been given the wrong shade before. Being stared at every time I enter the store makes the experience very uncomfortable and honestly discourages me from shopping here. I would really appreciate a more welcoming environment where customers can browse and try products without feeling like they’re under constant suspicion. Good customer service should make people feel comfortable enough to come back, not pushed away

Oh my goodness Heather was sooo amazing during my trip here! It was my first time at this Sephora and I will definitely be returning. Heather was so patient and kind in helping me match my foundation, concealer, bronzer and blush! She went truly above and beyond. Heather you are amazing! 🫶😁

Update- had another amazing experience 10/16. Keke was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and nice! I have a bit of trouble choosing the right complexion shades and she took the time to ensure I got the closest matches. Daejanique checked me out and was friendly and patient. See you ladies again during the sale 😅 I had the best experience here. Kodi immediately greeted me upon entering and helped me with foundation matches/samples. Very sweet and professional, made my day! Another employee who is from England helped me look for a product and was great as well. This will be my new go to Sephora ♥️

During my recent visit to the Sephora location in Corona, CA, I experienced treatment from an employee named Teresita that I found to be discriminatory, unprofessional, and deeply troubling. After I politely stated that I did not require assistance, she proceeded to follow me around the store. Of all customers present, I was the only one singled out in this manner. When I later approached the register to retrieve an online order and purchase an additional item during the in-store promotion, Teresita addressed me with a condescending tone, visibly shook her head, and mockingly repeated my name. Her manner of speaking suggested an assumption of illiteracy or incompetence, which was both inappropriate and humiliating. Notably, I was the only Black customer in the store at the time, and there

First time at the new Sephora Tuscany store. I was met with a friendly welcome and I was next to get any help I needed. Showed the product I needed so I could get familiar with it. First time to try Nars Matte Concealer. I needed help picking out just the right shade. Here comes Marcy with a bright smile ready to answer all my questions on not only the Nars product, but also just listen to me talk and just rattle on. I think too much coffee today. That was very sweet of her. Marcy matched the perfect color for me. Then she answered questions on how I would and can use the Anastasia brown duo highlighter. I use the brow Gel and Brow Powders already and love these products. Then I had questions on False Eyelashes. Magnetic and Reusable preadhesive ones. Gave Marcy some background on my make
