Some of the employees here are kind but I just had an interaction with a lady today who was not helpful and rude. I asked for a sample and she acted like it was a big deal and as if it was coming out of her paycheck AND she touched the sample with her fingers while creating it. She also gave the tiniest amount and when I asked for more, she was rude about it. To top it all off I wanted to purchase something and she didn’t provide me with a bag nor a physical receipt. Even though she should ask if I want either of those. It doesn’t take a lot to be a kind/decent person 🙂

I’ve been breaking out real bad. Mel helped me in getting a sample for a cream and recommended a few more, she was so sweet and helpful. Talking to her more, she redirected me to Alexander to talk more in depth about my skin, and they really knew what they were talking about! Really great advice and really great service!! Shout out these two! My skin is now clearing up and I feel so happy!

I spoke with Victoria last week regarding a credit card reward I used for purchase and never received my reward reimbursement when the purchase was canceled due to not picking it up because the days were mixed up on my part. I was informed that Victoria would be reaching out to me this week with the store manager who spoke regarding this issue of not receiving my reward after cancellation. Never heard back and I have spent so much money with Sephora to where I am at Rogue status. Hopefully, moving forward they would keep their word and follow up. Very disappointing, will not be choosing this location ever again.

I always come to this one because they always have what im looking for in stock and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable i like Jada. She usually helps me with fragrances.

Omg! There’s so much Dominique had to help out with.She knew everything I needed before I finished the sentence just by description. She was very helpful and pleasant. She went beyond to find products that I wanted that’s sold online. Dominque was a great help and I really appreciate her assistance. Dominique knows her sh%+ about products and skincare. If you stop by Berkeley’s store she’s worth meeting. All the ladies there were welcoming. I felt good shopping.
