SEPHORA at Kohl's

drove here from palm coast since our sephora is extremely limited. selection here was much better although i do wish they had more of the kayali perfumes to test as i don’t like ordering online before smelling. overall nice staff and clean place

Larry at the Sephora in Port Orange is an absolute delight to shop with. He went above and beyond to help my husband and I select our products, held our things at the desk while we still looked around so we didn't have to carry them (from the Kohl's store), even looked up my Kohl's credit card since I forgot it, all without us having to lift a finger. It was such an easy, pleasant, top service shopping experience! Thank you Larry, for your example of exemplary customer service in a time where it is somewhat rare.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Larry at Sephora! Every time I come in, he goes above and beyond to help me, and today was no different. Larry was so kind and patient, taking the time to truly understand what I was looking for. He carefully guided me through different products and helped me find exactly what worked for my needs. Today was my first time shopping here at Sephora. I had such an amazing experience with Richard. He directed me to the right areas in the store to figure out which product I was looking for. He assisted me trying on different products with the samplers. Richard is very efficient and detail oriented. I appreciate him taking the time today to help me as I ended up purchasing many items. Second visit to Sephora, and Richard was so helpful and kind. I signed up to be a member. My first experience here wasn’t so great, as an employee named Bianca was incredibly pushy and rude when I wouldn’t sign up that day. I was running late to a meeting, and didn’t have time, although I wanted to. This being the only Sephora in town, I hesitantly went back, and was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service I received. Thanks Richard!
