Mariah is the BEST massage therapist I've ever met!! She truly is an expert in whole body health, knows every muscle in the body and how to get to them ALL! She's been an amazing health coach, educator, and overall healer. I highly recommend her if you have any type of muscle pain anywhere in your body. She's also an excellent Yoga Instructor!! For the holiday season, I desperately needed a relaxing massage. Booking with Mariah—my yoga instructor who also has over 20 years of experience in massage, was a no-brainer. She gave me an incredible massage that was exactly what I needed. I felt relaxed the moment I walked through the door. I had my first Thai Massage with Adam. The experience is not the same as having a regular Deep Tissue Massage. Adam is skilled in assisting your body to work with itself to move joints and flex and stretch muscles almost breathing life into them. It’s not a Yoga stretch and yet it’s not a strengthening stretch it quite literally is shedding the negative energy toxicity out and allowing clean warm energy in. Relaxing is easy to achieve to better control your body’s response to each movement. If you haven’t experienced this I highly recommend you do. Leaving you feel lighter, your mind is quiet and body is almost humming quietly not holding any stress or pain.

Wow! 10/10 would recommend! You HAVE to go here for a massage. I just left doing a 60 minutes Thai massage with Adam. It was everything my body needed. He greeted me with some amazing tea and then let me to the space. I did a Thai massage in Thailand and dare I say that Adam’s service exceeded. I told Adam that I took up a new hobby of running recently and it’s like he knew which muscles needed attention. Every detail of the service was perfect and I came out feeling renewed and healed! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed. The reception area is very calming. The massage room was cozy. The massage therapist, Mariah, was so accommodating by allowing me the choice of scents for my massage oils. She adjusted the room temperature to my preference. Mariah asked me to determine the level of pressure I wanted as she worked my muscles. I also appreciated her asking what degree, if any, of conversation I wanted to have during the treatment. The massage was great and she worked some long standing kinks out of my neck. She was professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely return!
