Tara is a phenomenal massage therapist. As a strength athlete and coach i understand the importance having a healthy body means. I travel 90 minutes just to see her for treatment. She is very knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. There is no one I would recommend more than Tara.

Tara is the best! I have had a lot of massages due to a neck injury and it's hard to find a good masseuse. She really knows what she's doing and is able to reach trigger points and get out the knots. . My neck pain has been gone since I've been seeing her regularly. She is really passionate about her massages and she is a great person! I cannot recommend her enough!

Tara is an amazing therapist. She talks with you about your needs, makes recommendations and even suggested stretches for improvement. We began with relaxation and moved to deep tissue massages. She has a great touch and I always feel rejuvenated. She is the best.
