SEPHORA at Kohl's

Fancy is the best salesperson on earth! He is so knowledgeable about the products and professional. I’m so happy this store is closer now and I’ll be shopping there frequently.

The lady working this evening was super helpful and extremely nice. Love to see great customer service this day and age.

Worst Sephora. 1st I asked the girl with orange hair for a sample twice. She never got it for me Then checking out I gave the lady the exact change I should have gotten 61 dollars back. She gives me change back 60 and change...I said. I gave you change She said..whoops forgot to put it in. I said I should get a dollar back then and she said no I gave u change. I said we'll I'll give u this for the dollar. She said, um....I don't think so...maybe teach employees some common knowledge

I have been stopping by this Sephora weekly if not more! While the shelves may not look stocked, if you see something you want just ask an employee and they most likely will have it in the back! All the employees I’ve met are super nice and helpful!

Love the friendly staff here. Nicer than Penn square. Shelby is very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I need.
