SEPHORA at Kohl's

Went in to get color matched. Was looking at my phone for the foundation I wanted so I didn’t go looking for someone right away. I half expected to be greeted and asked if I needed help, like I do in every Sephora I’ve ever been to. But nope. The workers were just chatting and being mean girls gossiping, which made me anxious to approach them. And based on the some other reviews I’m not the only one who felt the vibes were off here. Skip this location.

The reviews that mention being ignored are unfortunately true. I went in for a product and couldn't find it on their shelves, but flagging down an employee was near impossible. It seems like employees here prefer to help a certain demographic. Skip this store and go to an actual Sephora store if you can help it.

My customer service representative Flower🌸🌹🌷🌻🌹🌸 is as pleasant as her name. Flower was extremely kind and Knowledgeable about all SEPHORA’s products. I’m shopping at this store at least 6 times a month and have Never experienced customer service like Mrs. Flower, the most kind warm hearted person who is genuinely a great person inside & out! If some is looking to shop at this SEPHORA, Flower 🌸 is the person you should be looking 👀 for. I want the management to understand the rare 💎 jewel you have at this location, if your looking to promote or hold a training class on customer service 🌺 Flower should hold that position. These reviews are old or IDK because the very BEST part of my experience in this store was Reyna. The amazing and awesome employee that helped me so much! They also had a sweet old woman who brought all the testers to the counter to buy and they were so sweet and patient with her and went and grabbed her the new items while reassuring her it was no big deal and they were happy to help. The store was clean and stocked and I didn't feel rushed or unwelcomed or like I asked too many questions ....it was a great day and I would highly recommend finding Reyna should you ever need help. Im not the most confident and after years of acne and hyperpigmentstion, i don't have the best skin. I walked in there to get help with color matching on a foundation and the girl seemed like she was judging and didn't really want to help. I didnt get her name, but she was very skinny/petite with dark straight hair. She matched me and by the way and it was not my shade, way off. She went and got the product for me in the back and just handed it to me and walked away. Low key made me feel bad, didn't even ask if I needed anything else. I left the product there and walked away.
