SEPHORA at Kohl's

This is the worst Sephora in the area. The girls in there never greet me or assist me when I come in the store just blatantly ignore me. I don't have this issue with any other Sephora. I guess I will go spend my money at Ulta Beauty.

Very clean, had everything I was looking for and the staff even helped me update my phone number, they were very nice and helped me right away. Will definitely be returning in the future.

I was helped by Jessica and another worker who seemed to be newer or training. They helped me grab a bunch of trendy items for a gift and were super helpful. I signed up for their rewards too and got a birthday gift! It was my first time in a Sephora and I’ll be back!

About the same size as mall Sephora locations and carries most their brand line. They don't carry all reward items which was one reason I came was for the Birthday MILK Makeup reward so I could try the brand. They also don't do samples of colognes like all other locations I've been too and instead only want to sell the fully bottles.

This is truly the most under stocked and unhelpful Sephora I’ve ever been in. There has never been a time I’ve gone in for something I wanted and they have had it on the shelf. It’s really hard to get help in here as well so at this point I guess I’m better off ordering online.
