Sally Beauty

This is the best Sally's in Rockford. It's small, right next to Dollar Tree. Theu carry everything. I've been doing my own hair (double process, bleach and toner) for about ten years now. I am always unable to find everything in stock, but this Sally's has everything. Meghan was working and I pulled up a picture of what I needed. It wasn't on the shelf. I was afraid it was discontinued. Meghan did some magic and found me 3 bottles. Thank you, Meghan. It was a delight to find this Sally's.

I visited this store yesterday early afternoon and asked the employee with green and yellow hair and eyebrows a question. She seemed as if I was bothering her. After asking more questions, I realized she didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products and was mostly guessing. Another girl with silverish hair came up front, heard me asking questions, and didn't bother to help. What upset me most was other customers asking questions that had just left the store, and the green-haired girl started talking trash about them to the other employee, as if making fun of people for their questions. She seemed a bit younger, so I’d guess she has a lot of growing up to do. I’ve never had issues at this location before today and have usually found the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Ive come to this location many times and I have to say no employees have been as amazing as miss Megan was in helping me with all my hair care needs today.
