It is so nice to go to a salon that isn't noisy, and everyone is busy and professional. MONICA is the only hairstylist I have gone to in the Roscoe area since moving here 7 years ago with whom I have ZERO dissatisfaction. The coloring she gives my hair has a flair I haven't had before, ever! I love it! And the cut has always been just right!

Frillz is a welcoming and professional environment to have your hair cut, colored, styled and all other such services. Becky and Monica have both provided amazing services to me. They are friendly and care about what they do. Highly recommend!
