SEPHORA at Kohl's

Staff made me feel very uncomfortably today, the lady and man that were there today were following me every step i took, the man proceeded to even ask me “did u get everything from your cart?” After I put all my items on the register desk As if I’m trying to steal…..Very unprofessional. I’m a loyal customer of Sephora, but will not be returning to this location.

The customer service is so bad. Nobody knows anything and I inquired about getting something that was out of stock shipped for free because there were a ton of signs that say “GONE? Get it shipped on us” but they said they don’t offer the service — so why are there at least 10 stickers around the store saying so?

I really appreciated Dinasia’s help today picking out a new foundation and concealer! I always dread getting color matched but she made it so easy. Thank you xx

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Let me begin with saying that I've never had such an amazing experience shopping for makeup. I always find it overwhelming once I walk in and see thousands options and not sure what to get. Noura was so sweet and so helpful. Not only she colormatch me she even explained to me different technique when it comes to foundations, skin prep and stuff. Let me tell you this. I've bought products she recommended and put on makeup she recommended and my face has never ever in my life look so flawless without peeling or looking cakey. Im beyond grateful for this experience and this location will be my number 1 go to.

My mom and I had a great experience! Noura was so helpful and friendly! Not only was she able to help me find the right shade of foundation, and give me some application tips, she also helped me find one that was vegan!
