Amazing!! The service here is beyond great. I went to have laser hair removal and the experience was nothing but amazing. They explained the process step by step, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Essence Med Spa.

It was my first time getting a hydra facial, and I was impressed with how meticulous Luz was. My skin felt hydrated. It was a relaxing experience.

One day, I visited the store with a family member who was a friend of the employees. I was wearing baggy clothes and had a jacket on. While the employee was talking to my family member, she unexpectedly called me handsome and started laughing in front of me. She then asked if I was a guy and giggled, which was clearly not the case. The employee’s behavior was extremely rude and naive. My family member and I were both upset, and we decided not to return to the store ever again.

I have been coming to this spa since 2022. This is absolutely 💯 the best and only spa I would go to. The staff is amazing always treat you respect

For a few years I’ve been on the hunt for a really good Medspa, and I was with this spa for a little while ( I believe the esthetician’s name is Luz, she is a mid aged woman, and I think she’s the manager, but you can tell that she is the most experienced at the spa because she’s great at what she do). However, my last few visits (maybe last 2-3) I wasn’t too pleased. There was a young lady who did my facial for the first time who needed some assistance because she is/was in training, I really didn’t mind at first, but once left alone with her the energy shifted. It seemed as though she was having a difficult time with my skin because she kept sighing, and it made me very uncomfortable.
