SEPHORA at Kohl's

Every other worker here has been ok other than miss “rhianna” lol. Such a name for such a person😅 will accuse you of stealing to coworkers as one of them told me, but won’t outright confront you LOL. I’ve got more than enough money to pay for my things, doll♥️ I know I make big purchases here frequently, I have the freedom to do that. Nothing “suspicious” about it.

Frohar helped me today. I came in with suggestions from social media and while she helped me color match for them, she then offered alternatives that were WAY better. Amazing service and the other gals were also super nice.

Terrible service. I asked for assistance finding a face pounder, and upon asking for assistance, I was ignored and left there for over 10 minutes until i asked AGAIN. I was told “hold on” with such attitude. Come to find out one of the girls were the managers. Never coming here again.

Overall was a good experience, but I feel the store could have been organized better.

Terrible customer service. I was so disappointed to know the least helpful and outright rude person was a supervisor. Will not be returning.
