SEPHORA at Kohl's

I was just there tonight to buying some products. There were about four sellers, one African American lady, 2 blond ladies and a young girl with brunette hair and thin lips. I approached this girl for some makeup advice, trying to decide between 2 different products. Well, this girl was making faces like she was so bored and rolling her eyes at my questions, she kept saying “I don’t know” they all the same” I’ve never seen an employee at a beauty stand being so rude and being so unprofessional and uninformed about the products that she is selling. She made me walk away from a substantial makeup and perfumes purchase I was about to make in there.

Went in yesterday to look at the Farmacy cherry eye cream and try to justify the $45 price tag (I barely wear makeup/do skin care) Mae was working that day and saw me carrying around the container and was able to tell me awesome things about the farmacy brand, and even made me a little free sample of the eye cream to try. She was so nice and friendly I will 100% be shopping at Sephora for my skin care and makeup from now on because of her!

Went in today and all the staff was eager to help me! Two girls helped me with eyebrow makeup and they made me feel so comfortable it took a lot not to want to keep shopping for more stuff and ask them their opinions. I will definitely go back for all makeup needs! Thanks so much ladies!

Very expensive and then when I returned an item didn't get full amount back. Never shop here again ever. Walmart and other stores give back full cash. For now on shopping at bath and body works. If i had good experience I'd shop here again. But never again here

Yunalis was absolutely amazing, she was very knowledgeable and so pleasant. I will always look for her when I stop here
