SEPHORA at Kohl's

So. I went to Kohl’s specifically to buy a particular cologne. Discuss the cologne and the pricing with the sales person. Then I noticed that there was a sample 10 pack that they were selling for $98. If I bought that, I would also receive a coupon for the claim that I was originally looking at. We get everything up to the counter. I have my cash in hand and the lady goes. Oh I’m sorry it’s a different size. We’ll have to order that for you. What kind of bait and switch scam are they running?! They have a habit of displaying colognes and perfumes, but then not having the advertised size available. Why? Why advertise if you’re not going to carry it? Why not just become an online store if I’m going to have to order everything anyway!?

We love Sephora in Kohl’s. The sweetest lady works there and she always makes my 11 year old feel so seen. Thank you so much.

I visited the Sephora store inside Kohl’s today 8/6/25. I needed products and there was absolutely no one in the “Sephora Shop “. I had questions and needed help finding the right products for me. It was 10:20 a.m. I’ve been to this location and purchased quite a lot of things. Very disappointed that there was no one there. I picked up a Tower 24 face spray and was going to pay for it up front. The line was so long that I just put the product back. Never again will I go to this location.
