I went there last year because I needed a piece for a grand holiday event. The owner, Joe, was EXCELLENT. Best customer service ever. Great selection, wide range of items and styles, fair prices and can order anything for you, and very generous. Professional quality items. Way better than a horrible experience I had with a place in Chattanooga, and well worth the little extra drive time.

Who knew buying a wig could be such a fun experience?? Joe, the owner is beyond delightful. He is incredibly kind, HONEST, funny, knowledgeable and compassionate. I tried on 4 wigs and the one Joe picked out for me was the winner. I highly recommend the Downtown Wig Studio! The prices were also excellent compared to wigs I found online.
