2 main things to say: DO IT and Trust the process! I have struggled for several years with really bad hip pain and neck and shoulder pain. My new PCP recommended Deep Tissue Massage and let me just say, that was exactly what I needed! Never had I even had a massage before! I had no idea that years of sedentary and stressful career was causing such deep rooted knots and therefore the cause of my pain! I know now how important it is to maintain this. If you have a sedentary stressful job, this is not a luxury item - it’s a necessity! I was literally desperate to find help for the pain and I’m so grateful for the Lord leading me to Rosemarie! It’s taken several sessions, but healing is happening!

My leg has been swollen, sometimes painful, for years and doctors haven't been able to figure out why. I did my research about MLD and went to Rose. In three visits, the swelling is GONE! Long road trip, no swelling. I will continue to do maintenance visits to keep it going. Rose explains everything as she works, she is really really good! Highly recommend!
