Sente Bella MedSpa

It saddens me to write this review because I absolutely adore the medical staff. But that’s not enough to justify suffering through Sente Bella’s AI receptionist and unethical business practices. I purchased a package of B12 shots and after 72 hours of dealing with the AI receptionist, I was told the B12 shots were not available that day for pickup and maybe they would be available in a week or so. I needed these shots and easily purchased them that day at another medical spa. Sente Bella refused to refund me for the package and when I called them out for their illegal and unethical business practices and disputed the charge, they suddenly had the shots available. I’m still disputing the charge and will spend my money elsewhere.

Jen is amazing! She truly loves what she does and you can tell by the level of comfort she delivers every time you get her massages! Besides, the Spa is very cute, clean, and neat. I recently became a member since my experiences with facials and massages have been so good! Highly recommended!

I received lip fillers and a lip flip from Sente Bella and I could not be happier! Both ladies at the front desk (Ally is one) are incredibly sweet and informative. They are so organized and thorough. Justin filled my lips and he was extremely precise and treated my face like it was a piece of art. I will never go anywhere else! This place has my full trust!

Read solid reviews about Sente Bella so since I was in town for my wedding, I found a great deal on Groupon and came here for a prestige pedicure and manicure. The front desk ladies were very polite and accommodating as soon as I came in and the place was small but very cute and relaxing. I went to my nail technician Nancy who was very attentive to what I wanted and promptly asked me if I wanted any water or champagne. She was easy to talk to and work with, which helped because I was unfortunately a little late to my appointment and we had to adjust what services I could get in my time frame. But she didn't rush me at all, and my nails looked just like I wanted them to look! After my appointment, they let me remain in the lobby until my ride got back to downtown San Diego. Great experience

I recently had an IPL at Senta Bella and am seeing great results. The RN who performed the procedure was knowledgeable and did a great job addressing my concerns. The staff was friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took COVID precautions seriously. I can’t wait to go back.
