Sabbath was so conscientious of my needs and preferences and took time to listen deeply to me before we began work. I’ve received a deep tissue massage and a reiki massage from her and both experiences were absolutely transformative. The intuitive nature of her massage made it unlike any other massage I’ve experienced; she was completely attuned to my body’s signals and tailored the session accordingly. I left her space feeling so much better physically, mentally, and spiritually and highly recommend her services.

Not only does my physical body feel cared for, healthier, more peaceful after a session with Sabbath, when I learn of her love for making our community a better place to live, how she offers events to strengthen relationships, I am profoundly grateful for having her in our town. I have been to many massage therapists and body workers, and have been trained in massage therapy, so I have the experience to say, "Sabbath is one of the Best!"
