Salon 37

PLEASE READ I visited Salon 37 on January 18, 2024, with jet-black dyed hair, and had discussed with Sherlyn, the hairdresser, about transitioning to my natural blonde color over time. I spent from 9 AM to 7 PM in the salon that day, during which my hair was bleached and dyed four plus times by Sherlyn and Wendy Loftin, the owner. The result was drastically different from my expectations, the condition of my hair was severely damaged. I went to a dermatologist, who said I lost 80% of my hair. After the experience, I tried to resolve the issue privately with Wendy. However, when I visited the salon to discuss it, she called the police, claiming I had threatened her life. I was in a cast and crutches at this time. While she offered me some hair products, unfortunately, no product could undo

I love this place! The owner Wendy has done my hair and my mom’s multiple times, and she has done a great job and is super nice and friendly! The environment their is great too and I highly recommend you come here for a great experience!😁

I got my hair highlighted by Wendy and it came out AMAZING! She’s very attentive towards her client and their hair. Would highly recommend! (Price was higher for me due to how much hair I have 😂).

The best! Wendy is an artist with hair. I came to Salon 37 almost three years ago. My hair is baby fine. So it damages easily. Wendy was confident and knew she could get my hair back to health and looking fabulous! That’s exactly what she did. I had gone to numerous salons since moving to NC six years ago ago. None were able to give me the blonde I wanted without the damage. Wendy did. My hair is now healthy and I have my beautiful blonde I love so much. She is fabulous! I highly recommend Salon 37 and I highly recommend Wendy!
