Massage Envy

This was my first time here and it was an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they sit down to go over everything to make sure you receive the best services matched to what your needs are. Incredible staff, super clean and relaxing environment. Took my daughter for her birthday and we both had a facial with Stella who I can’t say enough about. Best facial ever!! Then we each had a massage. Both Sarah and Alicia were amazing. Great place and nothing but professionalism from when I got a call back to book the appointments to walking out with no high pressure sales pitch to buy products from them but some great recommendations to help save money on future visits if we were interested. We can’t wait to go back for my birthday.

Very frustrating experiences here! I have consistently been let down based on their rating of their therapists. I was expecting a call back today and havent heard a word. I chose a therapist based off the “all pressures” note beside her name. Once again, not the case. I spent an hour plus of my 1.5 hour massage I had carved out time for, asking for more pressure. She was great for what she does but they set her up for failure! I left more achy than I went in. What a waste. Only going to Mooresville nd Huntersville, going forward.

Kicked off my Christmas break by treating myself to a massage with Gabby, followed by a facial with Bailee, and it was such a wonderful experience! From start to finish, everything was incredibly relaxing. Both Gabby and Bailee were very professional, had the sweetest personalities, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. It was exactly the self-care I needed. If you’re looking to treat yourself, call Massage Envy in Denver and ask to schedule with these ladies—you won’t regret it! 😌 ❤️

Gabby was a wonderful massage therapist: skilled, intuitive, thoughtful, and effective. Just the right amount of pressure for what I asked. I’d definitely recommend her and hope to return for another session with her! As someone else mentioned in another review, though, online booking for this location is unreliable, so even if you book online, I’d suggest calling to double-check. I had some issues with booking and never received email confirmation (not even in my junk mail).

I visited Massage Envy and tried the stretch service for the first time. I chose the 30-minute session as a good intro since I’d never done it before, and it was such a great experience! Gabby (the stretch provider) was amazing! She made me feel totally comfortable, and the stretching felt so holistic and rejuvenating for my body. She also had such a pleasant, friendly demeanor, and we had a really nice chat throughout the session.
