Sei Bella Salon

Had my hair cut and colored by Tori. This was my 3rd time visiting her (she messed my hair up the first time too but fixed it the next day) She butchered the cut. There are blunt layers that she chopped in some method that I don’t understand. I have a color block style with blond and dark brown. She dyed my brown section, jet black which was not what I ever wanted. I had chunks of orange on the front portion framing my face and also on the top of my head in the blond section. The blond is so splotchy and banded it’s just awful. I was turned away from the mirror the entire time so I couldn’t see the mistakes being made until she was completely done doing my hair. I followed Emily from when she was learning at Aveda in mandarin, Emily always does exactly what I want and is such a joy to be around as well. She is an amazing, and knowledgeable hair stylist who you should absolutely go see for all hair needs!!
