I called over the phone to book a massage because my voucher wasn’t applying online. When I called I requested a 60 minute hot stone massage. The person on the phone was nice and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I get to my appointment on the day that we scheduled it and I am greeted and escorted directly to the table. There was no confirmation of what was going to be done just some helpful talk about how to destress. I had had a really stressful day and was looking forwards to this. Halfway I still notice no hot stone. I then ask if I was at the right massage to which she replies that there was no note on the booking about it being a hot stone massage. She tells me it takes 30 minutes to prepare for that and that my session was almost over. She offered some accessories w

The worst massage I've ever had was for \$135, and I was treated by a 55-60-year-old Asian woman. I explained to her about my problem areas in my spine, and she listened attentively before starting the massage. I expected her to probe and work with her fingers, but unfortunately, she just rubbed oil on my body, and I didn't feel anything. She didn't have the strength to apply pressure with her fingers, and she didn't seem to be aware of her patients' needs. The massage table, which was designed to warm up the body, didn't provide any relief. I left the massage without feeling any improvement, and the spasms remained unresolved. I'm very angry. I just wasted my money.

I had an amazing experience at the Aura Spa! I booked a 60-minute classic facial with Georgia. She was personable and friendly from our initial interaction, actively listening to my skin-related concerns as this was only my second facial I had ever gotten. Throughout the process she explained each step, created a calming and welcoming environment, and I felt like she really took her time. I left with my skin glowing and will 100% be back!

This was my first time getting a massage with Aura. I chose Jean Briggs and I’m so glad I did! I don’t get massages often but I’ve never been on a heated bed before! That was nice! Jean was professional, attentive and listened to why I was coming. It wasn’t just about the massage. I mentioned feeling nervous and she taught me some ancient Chinese grounding techniques! She is extremely knowledgeable and she wasn’t rough at all. I’ve been to places where the massage hurt but not with Jean! I’d recommend this spa, Jean, and I’ll definitely be back!
